Avoid. They charge up to 30% more to order online compared with phoning up, some dishes are £4 more!!!! Clearly this should be made clear. It is a absolute con and a disgusting way to run a business.

We always love this Indian takeaway but this time is was not so good. The Balti was really greasy and the rice was too. Sad that is was like this as put put me off ordering for a while.

Disappointing service the last two times unfortunately. Last time I wasn’t invited to leave a review but I was very poorly within an hour of eating my chicken tikka dupiazza. Tonight we were missing a nann bread and when my partner went back out to get it he returned having still been given the wrong one.

Request to order put in the box to leave a message for the chef was ignored even though had parts put in capitals to not be missed, still was missed and message the order up. 3 orders on the trot and still messed up. Never ordering from here again, as was told to ring up after ordering online to make sure the message got received. If I have to ring up. Will order that way instead of online then. Very very disappointed.

It was our first time eating from the Royal Tandori as even though it's our closest Indian, we have continued to use one in North Bristol until recently as it changed hands and wasn't as good. The food was pretty good, the order was ready ahead of time and freshly cooked. However, upon returning home the order was missing an item (egg fried rice) which had been paid for) so that is the main reason for not rating higher.

Food ready slightly earlier than originally ordered but the app sends the info so you can get there as soon as you can. Food as always was very good. They do particularly decent lamb dishes and always served with a smile. We don't go anywhere else now.

Really bad tonight which is unusual. Different chefs on different days? Rock hard rubber chicken tikka in ‘tomato and potato’ literally only 2 slices of each in a sickly sweet orangey cream sauce???, tasteless samosas and tarka daal - all cold. Literally couldn’t eat it - very disappointed and hungry. Will think twice before ordering again.
